Nikhil Varma

Nikhil is a Founding & Managing Partner of the firm.

​

He graduated from ALS (GGSIP University) and is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. He has been practicing before a number of forums including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and other forums and tribunals. 

 

He has over 10 years' experience in commercial disputes & transactions, specialising in setting up & structuring of companies & scaling up businesses. Through the course of his career, he has advised a plethora of HNIs & corporates in domestic and foreign transactions, estate & succession planning, taxation, and wealth management. 

 

He regularly appears before courts & tribunals around the country in high-value commercial litigations and arbitrations. He regularly advises non-profit clients in the healthcare, education, social and cultural sectors.

He leads the firm's start-up initiative advising and supporting young entrepreneurs in setting up & structuring their businesses and assisting them through various rounds of investment.

Nikhil is also frequently invited by universities, start-up incubators and other organisations to speak at seminars and conduct workshops on a host of topics.

Nikhil heads the Risk Management, Business Advisory, and the Corporate Law portfolios of the Firm.
