Mohit Paul

Mohit is a qualified Advocate on Record before the Supreme Court of India since 2011 and has worked for the Union of India (Attorney General for India, Solicitor General of India & Additional Solicitor General of India) and appeared along with and briefed a plethora of Senior Advocates in cases before Supreme Court of India/High Courts. As AOR, he has filed matters and appeared in the Supreme Court of India for various Government Bodies, Public Sector Undertaking & Insurance Companies, and Politicians/Political Parties. He was empanelled as Group “C” Panel Lawyer in Supreme Court of India for the Ministry of Law and Justice, Union of India from November 2010 to December 2015.
