Dhruv Malik

Dhruv is a seasoned commercial litigator, having handled diverse cases in the sphere of Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Arbitration, Commercial and Banking Disputes and Competition laws. He has been involved in advising clients on pre-litigation strategies, strategies on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, choice of law, choice of jurisdiction and conflict of laws. He continuously represents clients on complex issues in various courts and tribunals across India.

He is among the eight lawyers for Dispute Resolution to have featured in Asian Legal Business: Asia Super 50 Disputes Lawyers 2022. He has also been categorised as a ‘recommended’ lawyer for disputes resolution in India by The Legal 500. In 2021, the ALB recognised him amongst the Top 30 Disputes Lawyers in India. Dhruv leads the IBC practice of the Firm.
